🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted shipping partners including Australia Post and selected courier services.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched by our team from Australia.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During launches, promotions, pre-orders, or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we’ll communicate this on our website or via email

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 3–10 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, or peak shipping periods.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

❓Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow a few extra business days beyond the estimated timeframe before contacting us.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📦 Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis.

Estimated dispatch timeframes for pre-order items will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

📍 Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup.
