30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you are not satisfied with the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order being placed, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How To Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

As soon as the customer provides the return tracking number, we will send out the exchanged item.

We’ll cover the cost of sending out your replacement item once your return has been received and approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
